Do you work with small collections?

Yes. While many of our clients have substantial libraries, we work with collections of all sizes. Our minimum project fee is CAD 1,200.

How long does a typical project take?

Design consultation services typically complete within 2-3 weeks. Custom millwork installation requires 4-8 weeks from design approval to completion, depending on complexity and craftsperson availability.

Do you provide installation services?

For custom shelving, yes—installation is included in the quoted price. For other services like lighting design, we provide detailed specifications and contractor referrals, but electrical work must be performed by licensed professionals.

Can you work remotely?

Cataloging and organizational consultation can be performed remotely with client-provided photographs and information. Design services benefit from on-site assessment but can be adapted for remote clients willing to provide detailed measurements and imagery.
